jameygear llc will promptly issue refunds or exchanges to customers for merchandise according to the following conditions:
- The returned merchandise must appear unused, unworn and/or unwashed, as applicable. This condition does not prevent you from returning an item after briefly trying it on.
- For orders originally made on jameygear.com (hereafter referred to as "this website"), the return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the postmark shown on the package we originally sent out.
- For orders originally made on this website, the copy of the return invoice must include a return identification number. To obtain this number, please contact us via e-mail or phone using the contact page of this website.
- For orders originally made on this website, the return package must include a copy of the original invoice we sent.
- For orders not originally made on this website, the return must occur within 30 days of the original transaction date and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice, as applicable.
Responsibility for return shipping charges is determined as follows:
- If there is no defect in the product and we did not send you the wrong merchandise, you will be responsible for shipping charges incurred during the return process.
- If there is an obvious defect in the product, we will pay to have the product sent back and will pay for the shipment of a replacement product of the same size, color, and (as applicable) sleeve-length.
- If we've sent you the incorrect product, we will pay for the return shipping of the incorrect product as well as the shipment of the correct product.
